Storm Internet specialises in web hosting and dedicated server solutions for individuals and businesses.
At Storm we work closely with our customers to build bespoke hosting solutions which meet their business needs and help them succeed online. Our typical customers require web hosting, email management, back-up solutions and/or network servers.
Offering good customer support and service is something we feel extremely passionate about at Storm. And that’s why we provide an array of support options including 24/7 live chat, email and telephone technical support. Basically if you need us, we’re there!
What unique selling points do you offer?
The main reason we’re different is because we take the time to communicate with our customers when working to build a bespoke hosting solution. We’re not just interested in the quick sale; we want our clients to feel that we have listened to their needs every step of the way and that they are completely confident that as a result of our solutions, their business will run more effectively.
We understand that buying anything IT related is an important business decision – it’s more than just hosting, it’s a serious investment. And that’s why we place so much emphasis on support. From 24/7 hour customer service, to Live Chat to assigning each customer a dedicated Account Manager, we are committed to providing our customers with the best expert service we can.
We also believe a down-to-earth approach – we don’t patronize our customers by claiming to be the best; we believe that our products and services will do all the talking for us.
Describe the services you offer?
Our services can be categorised into 3 areas:
• Web hosting
• Dedicated servers
• Business solutions
Describe your target market?
Our customers tend to be businesses and individuals with some I.T experience and our target markets fall under the three services we provide:
Web hosting customers – individuals, entrepreneurs, web developers and designers requiring cheap high quality web hosting and email
Dedicated server customers – Individuals and small to medium sized businesses with In-house IT staff who require a server as raw material so that they can configure to suit their own needs.
Business solutions customers – Small to medium sized businesses that either have no IT resources or who want to outsource an essential IT service. Their aim would be to save money and remove any associated hassle. An example would be a company wanting to have all their company’s email managed externally.
How is your company planning for the future?
Like any company we want to grow and ideally we want to grow quickly. However, we are determined not to lose sight of the principles that are fundamental to us - namely good service. We believe that if we continue to offer people effective hosting solutions which meet their needs, and ones that they are 100% happy with, then they will not only stay with us, but they will recommend us to other people. That’s the type of growth we want. It’s never just been about numbers to us. We actually care about what we do.
We also understand the need to be flexible in the products and services that we offer. Recently we have diversified into offering business solutions to small and medium sized organisations. We believe that services such as effective email management and business continuity are becoming ever more important in helping businesses succeed, especially in light of the current economic downturn.
What benefits can you offer your customers?
We work closely with our customers to ensure they get the hosting package best suited to their business needs. We don’t just supply the raw material and then walk away; we provide a complete solution which is backed with as much or as little expert support as our customers need. We want our solutions to be instrumental in ensuring our customers succeed online.
How do you support your customers?
We provide an array of 24/7 support options:
• Email support
• Live Chat
• Telephone technical support
• Account Manager for dedicated server customers
