We make life easier for web users by designing and developing simple, instinctive websites and online applications that get results for your business. We offer a bespoke web development service as well as specialist products for the recruitment and hotel industries, and a service just for design agencies who outsource technical development to us. We take great pride in our work, offer comprehensive project management, and give a personal service.
What unique selling points do you offer?
A completely ‘handmade’ service, using only our own in-house developers to develop every website or system from scratch. In-depth consultancy and usability design including prototype development. We always focus on what’s easiest for users, believing that everything else follows.
Describe the services you offer?
• Completely bespoke service for developing advanced websites (e.g. e-commerce or directories) and online applications (recruitment software, hotel reservations, insurance quote engines).
• Recruitment software packages (and bespoke work) for permanent agencies, who can pay monthly or pay once for their system.
• Design agency support service where we partner with designers so they can focus on ‘client and creative’ while we build the site and help with usability.
• GuestList, our first hosted ‘SAAS’ from £10 a month for managing B&Bs and campsites.
Describe your target market?
Small to medium sized businesses across different industries. Specifically we sell to recruitment agencies and graphic design agencies. GuestList customers are B&Bs, holiday rental owners, campsites and small hotels.
How is your company planning for the future?
We will continue to grow on the back of new customers and finding the right staff to help with development (we have recently moved into an office which should support three times our current employees). We are focussing increasingly on software and building a wealth of intellectual property in the form of programming code and software features that are relevant to several different industries. We will be pro-actively developing and launching new SAAS solutions like GuestList.
What benefits can you offer your customers?
We’re big enough to cope and small enough to care, and as a team of six (as of 2009) offer a more personal connection with our work and our clients. Our prices for software and advanced websites are low compared to ‘software houses’ and larger web design agencies, and we can bring a level of expertise and business aptitude that really contributes to the work we produce. Our software solutions save time and money for our customers, and add an intrinsic value to their business. Our websites and systems are easier to use which means better results.
